The true promised land is one that we as Christians will experience after death when we go to be with our Savior for eternity. However, I think in this world we get to catch glimpses that are like foggy mirror images of that after death glory. We get to experience God's workings and blessings. If you've never seen an example of how God creates something beautiful out of ashes...oh, I could tell you stories!
